To generate a Denied Requests Log for RLM, you must have an RLM debug log.

See the IBM LUM documentation for further information. Otherwise, it will not be possible to parse the data successfully.

To generate a Denied Requests Log for IBM LUM, you must use the i4blt command to capture the usage statistics from the IBM LUM server and generate the report for example: i4blt -r 1 > i4blt.log Note: Each created log file must contain only the data from one server.

To generate a Denied Requests Log for FLEXlm/FlexNet, you must have a FLEXlm/FlexNet debug log.

This will generate a log file that contains the denied request data, which can be imported.

To obtain denied request statistics for LM-X, configure LM-X to use Extended logging.

For more information about the Denied Requests Log, see Denied Requests Log. The Denied Requests Log works only with LM-X License Manager, FLEXlm/FlexNet, IBM LUM and Reprise License Manager (RLM), and is generated based on the denied user request data produced by the license server.
